What We Collect: The App collects selfie images that you voluntarily provide for the purpose of generating AI baby images.
How We Use It: Your selfie images are used exclusively to generate personalized baby images. We maintain a history of your uploaded selfies and generated photos so you can view your past results. No other users have access to your photos.
Where It's Stored: All face data is stored securely in a private AWS S3 bucket with industry-standard encryption and access controls.
Third-Party Access: Your selfie images are shared only with OpenAI, which is necessary to perform the AI image generation. No other third parties have access to your face data.
Retention Period: Face data is retained until your account has been inactive for 30 days, after which it is automatically deleted.

Uploaded images and generated results are stored securely using Amazon Web Services (AWS S3). Reasonable technical and organizational measures are used to protect stored data.
Your uploaded and generated images are accessible only to you through your device. We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
AI Baby offers a Pro subscription for unlimited image generations. Payments and subscriptions are processed by Apple through In-App Purchases. We do not collect or store your payment information.
Data is retained only as long as necessary to provide the service. If you wish to request deletion of your data, please contact us using the email address below.
The App relies on third-party infrastructure providers (such as cloud storage and AI processing services) to function. These services are used only to deliver the App’s features.
We take reasonable steps to protect your information from unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
