Privacy Policy

Peptide Tracker · Operated by NorthLogic
Effective date: July 20, 2026
Last updated: July 20, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how NorthLogic (“we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information in connection with the Peptide Tracker mobile application for iOS (the “App”). By using the App, you agree to this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

Summary. Dose logs, peptide inventory, schedules, and related tracking data stay on your device by default. If you subscribe to Pro and turn on iCloud backup, that data can sync to your personal Apple iCloud account (private CloudKit database). We use RevenueCat to manage subscriptions and plan to use Sentry for crash/error diagnostics. We do not sell your personal information.

1. Who we are

Peptide Tracker is provided by NorthLogic. For privacy questions or requests, contact us at contact@northlogic.co.

2. Scope

This policy applies to the Peptide Tracker iOS App, including free and Pro features. It does not cover third-party websites, services, or apps that we do not control (for example, Apple’s App Store, Apple iCloud, or payment processors), except to describe how they process data when you use features that rely on them.

3. Important health & medical notice

Peptide Tracker is a personal tracking and calculation tool. It is not a medical device, not a medical record system, and not medical advice. Information you enter (including peptides, doses, injection logs, schedules, photos, or notes) is user-generated tracking data. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical decisions. Nothing in the App or this policy creates a doctor–patient relationship.

4. Information we process

Depending on how you use the App, the following categories of information may be processed:

4.1 Information you provide in the App

By default, tracking data is stored locally on your device using on-device storage (SwiftData). We do not operate our own backend database for your dose history.

4.2 Information processed when you enable iCloud backup (Pro)

If you have an active Pro subscription and enable iCloud backup / sync in the App, your App data may be copied to and synced via Apple’s CloudKit private database associated with your Apple ID. That data is held in your iCloud account under Apple’s terms and privacy practices. We do not use CloudKit as a public or multi-user social graph; it is for your personal backup/sync across your devices.

You can turn iCloud backup off in the App (subject to your Pro status). Free-tier users remain local-only for this data.

4.3 Subscription & purchase information

Purchases and subscriptions are handled by Apple (App Store / In-App Purchase). We use RevenueCat to verify entitlements (e.g., Pro access), restore purchases, and manage offering configuration. RevenueCat and Apple may process identifiers and purchase/receipt-related data necessary to deliver and validate subscriptions. We do not receive your full payment card number.

4.4 Device, diagnostics & crash data (including planned Sentry use)

4.5 Notifications

If you grant notification permission and use reminder features (typically Pro), the App schedules local notifications on your device for dose reminders and related alerts. Notification content is generated on-device from your schedules and preferences. You can disable notifications in iOS Settings and/or in-app notification settings.

4.6 Information we do not intentionally collect

5. How we use information

We process information to:

6. Legal bases (where applicable)

If you are in a region that requires a legal basis for processing (such as the EEA/UK), we typically rely on:

7. How we share information

We share information only as described below:

Recipient Purpose
Apple App distribution, In-App Purchase, optional iCloud/CloudKit sync, device OS services.
RevenueCat Subscription status, entitlements, restore purchases, offering management.
Sentry (when enabled) Crash reporting, error monitoring, and technical diagnostics.
Service providers / professionals If we use hosting, email, or advisors under appropriate confidentiality (e.g., responding to legal process).
Authorities When required by law, legal process, or to protect rights, safety, and security.
Business transfers In a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, information may transfer as part of that transaction subject to this policy or successor notice.

We do not sell your personal information and do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising as those terms are commonly defined under U.S. state privacy laws.

8. Data retention

9. Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures appropriate to the nature of the App (local-first storage, optional private iCloud sync, and limited third-party services). No method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure. You are responsible for securing your device, passcode/biometrics, and Apple ID.

10. Your choices & rights

Depending on your location (for example, EEA, UK, California, and other U.S. states), you may have rights to access, correct, delete, port, or restrict certain processing, and to appeal a denial. We will not discriminate against you for exercising privacy rights. To submit a request, contact contact@northlogic.co. We may need to verify your request.

11. Children’s privacy

The App is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will take appropriate steps.

12. International users

NorthLogic may process information in the United States and other countries where we or our service providers operate. If you use the App from another country, your information may be transferred to and processed in countries that may have different data-protection laws. Where required, we rely on appropriate transfer mechanisms used by our providers (such as standard contractual clauses).

13. Third-party services & links

Key third parties involved in delivering the App include:

Their processing is governed by their own policies. We encourage you to review them.

Exact App Store privacy labels may be updated as features ship; this policy is the controlling description of our practices.

15. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version with a revised “Last updated” date. Material changes may also be highlighted in the App or on our website when appropriate. Continued use of the App after an update means you accept the revised policy.
